Terms of Service

By accessing or using SkyblockTracker (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SkyblockTracker provides real-time Bazaar market data, craft-flip analysis, and optional AI-powered price forecasts for the Hypixel Skyblock game. The Service is offered in two tiers: Free and Premium.

SkyblockTracker is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Inc. or Mojang Studios.

Premium access is priced at $3.99 per month (USD), billed monthly through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.

Prices are displayed in USD. If you are located in the European Union, applicable VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country of residence.

Under EU and French consumer law (Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your subscription.

However, by clicking “Subscribe” and confirming payment, you expressly request immediate access to Premium features (digital content) and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. SkyblockTracker does not store your payment card details.

In the event of a failed payment, access to Premium features may be suspended until the payment is resolved.

AI price forecasts are probabilistic estimates generated by machine-learning models trained on historical in-game market data. They are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

SkyblockTracker does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any prediction. You assume all risk for your in-game trading decisions.

You agree not to: (a) scrape or mass-download data from the Service; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models; (c) use the Service in violation of Hypixel’s Terms of Service; (d) share your Premium account credentials with third parties.

All source code, design, and content of SkyblockTracker are the exclusive property of the publisher. Game data is sourced from the Hypixel API and the NEU repository under their respective licenses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkyblockTracker and its publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service.
